Project 52: Week 5

I have a slight addiction to nachos. This addiction has gone on for 3 years and counting. I don't know what it is, really. The crispy yummy goodness always satisfies my appetite. So, I've made it my quest to find the PERFECT blend of chips & toppings. It's an art, really. There needs to be the right amount of toppings on top to ensure crispiness throughout the whole experience. Yes, I went there.
Frida hits the mark for me. The toppings are great & the chips stay crisp. They also use a mix of melted & shredded cheeses. I made a point last week to capture photos during happy hour & share the awesomeness. You're welcome.
